There is so much work to be done for a wedding and a
responsible bride and groom should start their
preparations as soon as they have decided to get
married. It is really important what the bride and groom
wear as all eyes will be on them. More importantly, the
bride should try to find the most stylish wedding dress
possible. Recently more and more couples are deciding to
have a Halloween themed wedding. A Halloween themed
wedding requires the bride to find a nice Halloween
wedding dress.
It is usually customary that when a girl gets married,
her mother, and friends will help her choose a wedding
dress. This might be harder for them to do with a
Halloween themed wedding, but this task is not
impossible.
In the past decade, it was very socially unacceptable to
plan a wedding for a Halloween night or plan a wedding
with a Halloween theme. This is because doing either of
these things was considered bad luck. Also, many people
frowned upon the bride or the bridal party wearing the
color black which is a color that is usually associated
with Halloween. But this is all changing as society
progresses.
For the bride wanting a Halloween wedding dress, she can
start by reviewing the style and types of dresses that
are available online. Usually many of the wedding
dresses suitable for a Halloween wedding are formal or
semi-formal and can be bought with or without a train.
Some women have become resourceful and chosen a black
bridesmaid dress to wear as their wedding dress if they
are not able to find a black wedding dress. This idea
can be further elaborated on if the wedding will be a
costume party, then the bride can choose a long black
dress similar to a 'Medusa' or 'Elmira' dress. As well,
it will be quite funny to see the bride dresses as a
witch for her wedding, complete with long black party
wig.
Beyond finding a Halloween wedding dress for a Halloween
themed wedding, it is a good idea to decorate the
reception hall with pumpkins, plastic spiders, cobwebs,
caskets, and tombstones, or whatever else the couple may
desire.
